It is this sort of experience that Virginie and I wanted to make possible.
As a former cellar master, I spent many years working behind the scenes of the great vintages; listening, blending, waiting patiently. I learnt that Champagne reveals its finest secrets to those who take the time to approach it gently.
The concierge service ‘Les Secrets de Chefs de Cave’ was born out of this conviction. A small collection of exclusive venues in Reims and Épernay, each with its own character, all designed simply to make you feel at home.
